Tranche B Term Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Other Term Loans means one or more Classes of Term Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
Medium Term Notes means Securities that are collateralized in an amount equal to their full Outstanding principal amount and have a Stated Maturity in excess of 270 days after the date of original issuance thereof.
Tranche A Term Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).
Incremental Term Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.05(a).
Term Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Term Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Term Lender resulting from the Term Loans made by such Term Lender.
ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Additional Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).
Initial Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a).
Other Term Commitments means one or more Classes of term loan commitments hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment or Loan Modification Agreement.
New Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c).
Other Term Loan Commitments means one or more Classes of term loan commitments hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
Incremental Term Loan Note means a promissory note made by the Company in favor of an Incremental Term Lender, evidencing Incremental Term Loans made by such Incremental Term Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-4.
Additional Term Loans means any term loan added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 and/or 9.02(c)(i).
Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).
Initial Term Loan Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Initial Term Loans.
New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Exit Facility Term Sheet means the Exit Facility Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit B of the Restructuring Support Agreement.
Tranche B Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Initial Term Loans means the term loans made by the Initial Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a)(i).
Extended Term Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).
Original Term Loans means the "Term Loans" under, and as defined in, the Original Credit Agreement.
Term SOFR Advance means an Advance denominated in Dollars which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate.
Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).
Term Note A means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the order of a requesting Lender in the principal amount of such Lender’s Term Loan A Commitment, in substantially the form of Exhibit E-1.
Existing Term Loan Agreement means that certain Term Loan Credit Agreement dated as of October 22, 2010 by and among Holdings, the Company, as borrower, the Subsidiary Guarantors, the lenders party thereto from time to time and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent and collateral agent, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
