Other VOD Distributor means any distributor other than an affiliate of Licensor that distributes Licensor’s audio-visual content during the Term on an output basis (i.e., not on an occasional “one-off” or package basis) via the Approved Transmission Means in the Territory for residential VOD exhibition.
