Outage Hours definition

Outage Hours means for each month during the Commercial Operation Period, the total number of full load equivalent hours during such month in which Dependable Capacity is reduced due to Forced Outages, Maintenance Outages and Scheduled Outages which shall be calculated as the summation of the duration of each such outage in the month (in hours) multiplied by the reduction in Dependable Capacity during such outage (in MW) divided by the Dependable Capacity (in MW).
Outage Hours means the duration, expressed in hours, of any Outages.
Outage Hours means the number of Service Hours the EVAN360 Services were otherwise not available for use by Customer during the Service Period. Outage Hours does not include time that the EVAN360 Services were not available for use by Customer during the Service Period due to (a) regularly scheduled maintenance, (b) emergency maintenance required as a result of matters beyond EVAN360's reasonable control or (c) events beyond EVAN360's control. In computing Outage Hours, total amounts of 30 minutes or less shall be rounded to 0 and total amounts of 31 up to 59 minutes shall be rounded up to a whole hour.

More Definitions of Outage Hours

Outage Hours means the duration, expressed in hours per Settlement Month, of any Outages. “Payment Date” has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.3.

Related to Outage Hours

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Outage means the elapsed net-resolution time during which it is not possible to log-in to the Production Environment by any User, as determined by IFS or the Cloud Platform Vendor from automated health monitoring and system logs, due to a failure in the Cloud Platform. The duration of an Outage is measured during Service Hours on a net-resolution time basis from which the accumulated time for all Clock-Stop Events related to the Outage will be deducted, until the Outage has been temporarily or permanently resolved.

  • Service Hours means the hours limited in the applicable Notification Form during which the Services are provided, it being understood that different Service Hours can apply for different Services.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
