Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.
Monthly Invoice means an invoice issued in accordance with section 21 by MDL or the Incentives Pool Trustee to a Shipper or Welded Party for all Charges payable in respect of the previous Month by that Shipper or Welded Party, together with any outstanding amounts in respect of any Month prior to the previous Month.
Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.
forecast prices and costs means future prices and costs that are:
Recurring Charges means where you allow a Merchant to bill your Account for a specified or unspecified amount, at regular or irregular intervals for goods or services;
Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.
Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;
Accrued Liabilities shall include a pro rata contribution to each Employee Benefit Plan or with respect to each such obligation or arrangement for that portion of a plan year or other applicable period which commences prior to, and ends after, the Closing Date, and Accrued Liabilities for any portion of a plan year or other applicable period shall be determined by multiplying the liability for the entire such year or period by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days preceding the Closing Date in such year or period and the denominator of which is the number of days in such year or period, as the case may be.
Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.
Assessment year means the period of twelve months commencing on the 1st day of April every year;
Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.
Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
Cost outlier means cases which have an extraordinarily high cost as established in 79.1(5)“f,” so as to be eligible for additional payments above and beyond the initial DRG payment.
Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;
Undisputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).
Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.
Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.
Non-Key Expert(s) means an individual professional provided by the Consultant or its Sub-consultant to perform the Services or any part here of under the Contract.
Invoice Due Date means, with respect to a Quarterly Payment Cycle, the tenth (10th) day of the month immediately succeeding Energization or the month immediately succeeding the conclusion of a Quarterly Period contained within such Quarterly Payment Cycle, consistent with Section 3.4.
Trade Payables means, with respect to any Person, any accounts payable or any other indebtedness or monetary obligation to trade creditors created, assumed or Guaranteed by such Person or any of its Subsidiaries arising in the ordinary course of business in connection with the acquisition of goods or services.
Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.
Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:
