Outpatient mental health clinic definition

Outpatient mental health clinic or “clinic” means an entity that is required to be certified under this chapter to receive reimbursement for outpatient mental health services to consum- ers.
Outpatient mental health clinic or “clinic” means a facility that is certified or that applies for certification under this chapter to provide outpatient mental health services to consumers.

  • Clinical laboratory means a facility for the microbiological, serological, chemical, hematological, radiobioassay, cytological, immunohematological, pathological, or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease or assessment of a medical condition.
