Crisis stabilization means a service lasting less than 24 hours (23.59 hours), to or on behalf of a beneficiary for a condition that required more timely response than a regularly scheduled visit. Service activities include but are not limited to one or more of the following: Assessment, collateral, and therapy. Crisis Stabilization is distinguished from crisis intervention by being delivered by providers who meet the Crisis Stabilization contract, site, and staffing requirements described in Sections 1840.338 and 1840.348 of CCR, Title 9.
Final Stabilization means that all soil disturbing activities at the site have been complete, and that a uniform perennial vegetative cover with a density of 70% of the cover for unpaved areas and areas not covered by permanent structures has been established or equivalent permanent stabilization measures (such as the use of riprap, gabions, or geotextiles) have been employed.
Stabilization means providing adequate measures, vegetative and/or structural, that will prevent erosion from occurring.
Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.
Outside Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).
Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.
Activation Date means the date on which the Service and User Account (hereinafter defined) are activated for the Customer by TM as more particularly described in Clause 3.2 hereunder.
Post-Stabilization Care means Medically Neces- sary services received after the treating physician determines the emergency medical condition is stabilized.
Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).
Ramp Period The Ramp Period begins on the Effective Date and ends after three (3) full months. At all times during the Ramp period, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits in the agreement and will not be subject to an AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): Customer agrees to pay Company no less than $2,836,000 in Total Service Charges in each twelve-month period during the Initial Term (“Contract Year”), which is the Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”).
First Trading Date means 15 November 2022.
Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.
Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).
Lock-up Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and continuing through the close of trading on the date that is 90 days after the date of the Prospectus (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement).
Public Trading Date means the first date upon which Common Stock is listed (or approved for listing) upon notice of issuance on any securities exchange or designated (or approved for designation) upon notice of issuance as a national market security on an interdealer quotation system.
Exit Date means the date on which the insurance cover of the Scheme Member ceases due to occurrence of any of the following events:
Control Change Date means the date on which a Change in Control occurs. If a Change in Control occurs on account of a series of transactions, the “Control Change Date” is the date of the last of such transactions.
Rate Stabilization Fund means the Rate Stabilization Fund created under the Program Resolution.
Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).
Purchase and Sale Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4 of the Sale Agreement.
Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.
Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.
Exit Management Date means each of the following:
Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
Equity Listing Event means an initial public offering of shares in the Issuer, after which such shares shall be quoted, listed, traded or otherwise admitted to trading on a regulated market or unregulated market.
