Examples of Control Change Date in a sentence
Control Change Date means the date on which a Change in Control occurs.
If a Change in Control occurs on account of a series of transactions, the Control Change Date is the date of the last of such transactions.
On and after the Control Change Date, the provisions of this Paragraph 7 shall control and take precedence over any other provisions of this Agreement which are in conflict with or address the same or a similar subject matter as the provisions of this Paragraph 7.
After the Control Change Date, Employee shall not be required to mitigate the amount of any payment provided for in this Agreement by seeking other employment or otherwise and except as expressly set forth herein no such other employment, if obtained, or compensation or benefits payable in connection therewith shall reduce any amounts or benefits to which Employee is entitled hereunder.
