Outside Trustee. With respect to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the trustee under the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement.

• None of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Operating Advisor, the Certificate Administrator, the Custodian or the Trustee shall have any obligation or authority to supervise any Outside Servicer, any Outside Special Servicer, any Outside Trustee or any other party to the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement or to make Property Advances with respect to any of the Outside Serviced Mortgage Loans or a Companion Loan related to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.
