Outside Vendor definition

Outside Vendor means private travel companies or agents, tour operators, bus companies, or other persons or entities that arrange or coordinate official school field trips.
Outside Vendor means any person, as that term is defined in Section 1-2 (a)(21) of The Code of Ordinances, except Town personnel, who provides a service to the Town.
