Outstanding Credit Amount definition

Outstanding Credit Amount means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of (i) the Outstanding Tranche A Amount of such Lender and (ii) the Outstanding Tranche B Amount of such Lender.
Outstanding Credit Amount means the balance of outstanding travel credits that has accrued, in accordance with the commercial terms and conditions relating to the refund policies of the Company Entities that have been previously disclosed to Purchaser, as such balance is set forth on the consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries from time to time.
Outstanding Credit Amount. Has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01 of this Agreement.

Outstanding Credit Amount means as of any time of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Loans then outstanding, plus (b) the amount of the LC Obligations then outstanding.

  • Outstanding Credit Exposure means, as to any Bank at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of its Loans outstanding at such time, plus (ii) an amount equal to its Pro Rata Share of the LC Obligations at such time.
