Tranche B Amount definition

Tranche B Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(a)(ii).

Tranche B Amount means the total amount that may be drawn under Tranche B, which on the date of the Agreement and on the date of the Amendment Agreement is no more than €721,500,000;

Tranche B Amount has the meaning attributed to such term in the Recitals;

Examples of Tranche B Amount in a sentence

• Payable in arrears and fully earned on the first day of each month during the term of this Agreement, (i) for the ratable benefit of the Tranche A Lenders, an unused line fee in an amount equal to 0.5% per annum times the Average Unused Portion of the Maximum Tranche A Amount, and (ii) for the ratable benefit of the Tranche B Lenders, an unused line fee in an amount equal to 0.5% per annum times the Average Unused Portion of the Maximum Tranche B Amount.

• During the Draw Period, Borrower may request one (1) additional Term Loan Advance in an amount of up to the Tranche B Amount.

• Upon request of any Investor as a condition precedent prior to funding on the Tranche B Closing Date, the Company shall deliver to the Investor a copy (electronically in PDF format) of the duly executed Tranche B Note in a principal amount equal to the Tranche B Amount set forth opposite such Investor’s name on the applicable signature page hereto, the Tranche B Note to be registered in the name of the Investor (or its nominee in accordance with its delivery instructions).

• Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, each Lender severally agrees to make Tranche B Loans to the Borrowers from time to time during the period from and including the Tranche B Commencement Date to but excluding the Commitment Termination Date; provided that, immediately after each such Tranche B Loan is made, such Lender's Outstanding Tranche B Amount shall not exceed its Tranche B Commitment.

• The aggregate amount of Tranche B Revolving Credit Advances outstanding shall not exceed at any time the lesser of (A) the Maximum Tranche B Amount and (B) the Tranche B Borrowing Base ("Tranche B Borrowing Availability").

More Definitions of Tranche B Amount

Tranche B Amount means (a) Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00), minus (b) the Tranche A Amount.

Tranche B Amount means the amount available under Tranche B from time to time as determined under Article 2 (A).

Tranche B Amount. For each Tranche B Bank, the initial amount of its Tranche B Loan hereunder, as shown on SCHEDULE 1.1 hereto. "TRANCHE B APPLICABLE MARGIN": 0.00% for Prime Rate Advances, and 3.00% for Eurodollar Rate Advances.

Tranche B Amount. $500,000,000.
