Tranche B Amount definition

Tranche B Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(a)(ii).

Tranche B Amount means the total amount that may be drawn under Tranche B, which on the date of the Agreement and on the date of the Amendment Agreement is no more than €721,500,000;

Tranche B Amount means the amount available under Tranche B from time to time as determined under Article 2 (A).

• During the Draw Period, Borrower may request one (1) additional Term Loan Advance in an amount of up to the Tranche B Amount.

• Payable in arrears and fully earned on the first day of each month during the term of this Agreement, (i) for the ratable benefit of the Tranche A Lenders, an unused line fee in an amount equal to 0.5% per annum times the Average Unused Portion of the Maximum Tranche A Amount, and (ii) for the ratable benefit of the Tranche B Lenders, an unused line fee in an amount equal to 0.5% per annum times the Average Unused Portion of the Maximum Tranche B Amount.

• During the 2016 Draw Period, Borrower may request one (1) additional 2016 Term Loan Advance in an amount of up to the 2016 Tranche B Amount.

• The Tranche B Loans of each Tranche B Bank shall be evidenced by a promissory note of the Borrower (the "Tranche B Notes"), substantially in the form of EXHIBIT A-2 hereto, in the Tranche B Amount of each such Tranche B Bank.

More Definitions of Tranche B Amount

Tranche B Amount has the meaning attributed to such term in the Recitals;

Tranche B Amount means (a) Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00), minus (b) the Tranche A Amount.
