Outstanding Note Receivable Balance definition

Outstanding Note Receivable Balance means with respect to any Note Receivable, the lesser of (i) the FMV of such Note Receivable, not to exceed such Note Receivable’s par value or (ii) then outstanding principal balance thereof.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Simple Interest Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined in accordance with the Simple Interest Method.
