Outward Manifest definition

Outward Manifest means an outward manifest which must be in an UN/EDIFACT‐ IFCSUM format, for all Cargo loaded onto the Vessel at the Port, which includes: (a) accurate and complete particulars of Cargo mass and Cargo volume; and (b) all other information prescribed by Port of Melbourne from time to time.
