Overadvance Sublimit definition

Overadvance Sublimit means, from the period beginning on April 1 and ending on July 31 of each calendar year during the term of this Agreement, the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000), which amount shall be automatically reduced each week by the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) on August 1 of such calendar year and on each corresponding day of each following week thereafter, until reduced to zero (-0-).
Overadvance Sublimit means, at any time from and including the Restatement Effective Date and at all times thereafter, $10,000,000.
Overadvance Sublimit means, on May 11, 2006, the amount of $500,000, which amount shall be automatically and permanently reduced on each Business Day, beginning on July 11, 2006, by the sum of $12,500.00, until reduced to zero (-0-).

  • If following such determination, the outstanding principal amount of the Obligations exceeds the amount of the Financed Receivables multiplied by the Advance Rate, such excess shall constitute Overadvances hereunder and, to the extent such Overadvances exceed the Overadvance Sublimit, Borrower irrevocably authorizes Bank to debit any account of Borrower maintained by Borrower with Bank or any of Bank’s Affiliates for the amount of such excess over the Overadvance Sublimit.

  • Bank hereby agrees to make advances up to the Overadvance Sublimit (each such advance, an “Overadvance”), notwithstanding that any of the other applicable conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.2 hereof have not been satisfied, to the extent of a monetary amount not to exceed the Overadvance Sublimit.

  • The aggregate principal amount of the Obligations does not exceed the sum of (a) the product of the face amount of the Financed Receivables multiplied by the applicable Advance Rate plus (b) the Overadvance Sublimit.

  • Any such reduction shall be in an aggregate amount of $1,000,000 or an integral multiple thereof, except to the extent the outstanding Overadvance Sublimit shall be less than $1,000,000, in which case the Borrower may terminate such remaining amount upon repayment of the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Overadvance.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $15,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.
