Overall Responsible Operator definition

Overall Responsible Operator means the person who will act as the overall responsible operator pursuant to Section 23 of O. Reg. 128/04 under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 (the “SDWA”) and Section 15 of O. Reg. 129/04 under the Ontario Water Resources Act (the “OWRA”) in respect of the Facilities.
Overall Responsible Operator or “ORO” means the person who will act as the overall responsible operator pursuant to Section 23 of O.Reg. 128/04 under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 (the “SDWA”) in respect of the Facility.
Overall Responsible Operator means the person who will act as the overall responsible operator pursuant to Section 15 of O. Reg. 129/04 as amended under the Ontario Water Resources Act, R.S.O. 1990 (“OWRA”) in respect of the Facility.
