Professional Engineer. Licensee understands that all System design, Construction Documents, and engineering calculations must be submitted to Trustees under the authority of a registered architect and/or licensed professional engineer(s) certified to practice in California.
Professional Engineer. (also known as Practitioner) refers to a natural person who holds the nationality of an ASEAN Member Country and is assessed by a Professional Regulatory Authority (PRA) of any participating ASEAN Member Country as being technically, morally, and legally qualified to undertake independent professional engineering practice and is registered and licensed for such practice by the Authority. ASEAN Member Countries may have different nomenclatures and requirements for this term.
Professional Engineer a) The Town covenants and agrees to retain a consulting Engineer (Triton Engineering) skilled and experienced in municipal work, to supervise, inspect and certify installation of the required works to be provided and remedy any defects, if required by the Public Works Department of the Town of Minto, at the sole cost of the Developers.
Professional Engineer. An engineer licensed to practice engineering in the State of Illinois, and who is determined to be qualified to perform the work described herein by mutual agreement of the County and the Commercial Wind Energy Facility Owner. Soil and Water Conservation District - A local unit of government that provides technical and financial (SWCD) assistance to eligible landowners for the conservation of soil and water resources. Tenant - Any person lawfully residing or leasing/renting land that is subject to an Underlying Agreement. Topsoil - The uppermost layer of the soil that has the darkest color or the highest content of organic matter; more specifically, it is defined as the "A" horizon.
Professional Engineer. 18.1. The Owner covenants and agrees to retain a Professional Engineer who holds a Certificate of Authorization for municipal engineering applications from the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario to prepare the design of lot grading and drainage, site and external servicing plans, municipal service connection designs, and lot grading and drainage reports that are to be submitted to the Chief Building Officer for his/her approval.

The Owner agrees that their Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario, shall inspect and certify to the Municipality that all internal and external services, grading, and stormwater management infrastructure have been constructed in accordance with the approved engineering drawings as included within the Schedules of this agreement, prior to the reduction of any site plan deposit or security filed with the Municipality. The deposit or certificate(s) shall be in a form acceptable to the Municipality. The Municipality may, upon pre-qualification of such, accept the use of other qualified professionals for certain components of the design, inspection and certification process.
Professional Engineer. 6. The Owner covenants and agrees to retain a consulting Professional Engineer (the “Owner’s Engineer”), skilled and experienced in municipal work, to design, create drawings and contracts, obtain necessary approvals, supervise, layout, provide full time site inspection and certify the Works on behalf of the Owner. The Owner’s Engineer shall maintain records and provide “as - recorded” plans to the Municipality for the Works undertaken.
