Overcollateralization Percentage definition

Overcollateralization Percentage. As of any date of determination, the percentage equivalent of (a) one minus (b) a fraction (i) the numerator of which is equal to the Advances Outstanding on such date and (ii) the denominator of which is equal to the Aggregate Outstanding Asset Balance as of such date.
Overcollateralization Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Overcollateralized Amount, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties as of the last day of the related Due Period.
