Own Brand Goods means products to be sold under a trademark owned by URBN or an affiliate. “Market Goods” means products to be sold under a trademark not owned by URBN or an affiliate. “Exclusive Goods” means Market Goods to be offered for sale only through URBN’s physical or digital channels.

Examples of Own Brand Goods in a sentence

  • For Market Goods or Own Brand Goods designed in whole or in part by Vendor, Vendor has all necessary ownership or license rights in the designs, artwork, images, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property in the product sold to URBN.
