Owner Insurance definition

Owner Insurance shall have the meaning set forth in Article XII.
Owner Insurance has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Owner Insurance means insurance obtained by the Concessionaire for the Project, details of which shall be certified to by the Concessionaire on the Effective Date and which satisfies the requirements of Section 14.02 of the ARCA.

Owner Insurance. The Owner shall maintain at its expense the following insurance:

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.
