If DEALER, or any Owner or officer of DEALER, is convicted of any felony or for any violation of law which in DISTRIBUTOR's opinion tends to adversely affect the ownership, operation, management, reputation, business, or interests of DEALER or DISTRIBUTOR, or to impair the goodwill associated with the Toyota Marks.
