Purchaser shall have received the Owner's Title Insurance Policy (or marked-up commitment therefor) insuring fee simple title to the Individual Premises in (as applicable) the Property Owner or Purchaser (or Purchaser's designee, if applicable) for the allocable portion of the Purchase Price attributable to such Individual Premises and subject only to Permitted Exceptions, and otherwise in the form and condition required by this Agreement.
