Owner Participant Guaranty definition

Owner Participant Guaranty means any guaranty delivered or to be -------------------------- delivered to support the obligations of the Owner Participant under the Operative Agreements in connection with the transfer by the Owner Participant of the Beneficial Interest.

Owner Participant Guaranty means that certain Owner Participant Guaranty [NW 1997 J], dated as of March 18, 1998, made by the Owner Participant Guarantor in favor of Lessee, Lessor, the Purchasers, the Subordination Agent and the Indenture Trustee, as such Owner Participant Guaranty may be amended or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the applicable provisions thereof.
