Panchayat Secretary definition

Panchayat Secretary means the Secretary of a Gram Panchayat appointed under this Act;
Panchayat Secretary means a person appointed under section 42;
Panchayat Secretary means a Panchayat Secretary appointed under sub-section (l) of section 25;
