Panel Chairperson definition

Panel Chairperson means the chairperson of a Tribunal panel presiding over and responsible for a particular matter.
Panel Chairperson means the person appointed from time to time under Xxxxxx 5.8.1(a).
Panel Chairperson is defined in Clause 11.7.
