• The Academy Trust shall comply with the requirements of the Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/1997) (or such other regulations as may for the time being be applicable) in relation to requiring enhanced criminal records checks, obtaining enhanced criminal records certificates and making any further checks, as required and appropriate for members of staff, supply staff, individual Governors and the Chair of the Governing Body.
