Examples of the Chair in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the CEO nor the Chair may (i) propose revisions to this Agreement that modify any Consensus Policy then existing, (ii) propose revisions to this Agreement pursuant to this Section 7.7 on or before June 30, 2014, or (iii) propose revisions or submit a Negotiation Notice more than once during any twelve (12) month period beginning on July 1, 2014.
If circumstances prevent the Library Personnel Committee from meeting this deadline, the Chair of the Library Personnel Committee shall inform the University Librarian in writing, with a copy to the candidate.
This member will be appointed by the Xxxx, in consultation with the Chair of the Departmental/Program Personnel Committee and the candidate.
