Paragraph IV Proceeding definition

Paragraph IV Proceeding means an infringement Proceeding filed pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 271(e)(2) with respect to a product controlled by the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries.
Paragraph IV Proceeding shall have the meaning assigned in Section 14.9.1.
Paragraph IV Proceeding has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.2 (Enforcement of Listed Patents).
