Parallel Loan definition

Parallel Loan means the loan provided under the Parallel Loan Agreement;
Parallel Loan means that item of Existing Indebtedness of the Borrower identified as such on Schedule 5.22. 75 [CONFORMED COPY WITH EXHIBITS G, H, AND I CONFORMED AS EXECUTED]
Parallel Loan has the meaning as defined in subparagraph (m) of ------------------ paragraph 11.01.

  • Funding Loan Agreement means this Funding Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, by and among the Funding Lender, the Governmental Lender and the Fiscal Agent, as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended by one or more funding loan agreements, indentures or other instruments supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.

  • VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.

  • First Lien Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Bridging Loan means a credit facility granted for the purchase of Residential Property by the Borrower, pending the receipt of proceeds from the sale of another Residential Property owned or co-owned by the Borrower, under which any balance outstanding shall be repaid within six months;

  • Tranche A Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • CD Loan means a Committed Loan which bears interest at a CD Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.

  • U.S. Loan means an extension of credit by a Lender to a Borrower under Article II in the form of a U.S. Committed Loan or U.S. Swing Line Loan.

  • Term B-2 Loan means the Loan in the amount set forth in Section 2.01(a)(i).

  • Subsidy Loan Any Mortgage Loan subject to a temporary interest subsidy agreement pursuant to which the monthly interest payments made by the related Mortgagor will be less than the scheduled monthly interest payments on such Mortgage Loan, with the resulting difference in interest payments being provided by the employer of the Mortgagor. Each Subsidy Loan will be identified as such in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
