Paratek Total Cost definition

Paratek Total Cost means the sum of the External Preclinical Activity Costs and the Paratek Internal Costs. Portions of this Exhibit, indicated by the xxxx “[***],” were omitted and have been filed separately with the Secretary of the Commission pursuant to the Registrant’s application requesting confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 406 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Paratek Total Cost means the sum of the External Preclinical Activity Costs and the Paratek Internal Costs. 1.57 “Party” means Paratek or WCCI. 1.58 “Patent Rights” means the rights and interests in and to issued patents and pending patent applications (which for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to include certificates of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights) in the Territory, including all provisional applications, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in- part, divisions, and renewals, all letters patent granted thereon, and all reissues, reexaminations and extensions thereof.
