Issued Patents definition

Issued Patents means all issued patents, reissued or reexamined patents, revivals of patents, utility models, certificates of invention, registrations of patents and extensions thereof, regardless of country or formal name, issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and any other applicable Governmental Body.

Issued Patents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).

Issued Patents shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Intellectual Property.

Examples of Issued Patents in a sentence

• Set forth on Part 3.14(b) of the Disclosure Memorandum is a complete and accurate list of all of the following (collectively, the “Sellers Registered Intellectual Property”): (i) Issued Patents and Patent Applications, (ii) registered Trademarks and applications for Trademark registrations in each Sellers’ names, and (iii) registered Copyrights and applications for Copyright registration in each Sellers’ names.

• This license shall continue to be effective until the last to expire of the Aspen Issued Patents.

• This covenant and waiver shall survive the termination of this Settlement Agreement and permanently shall bind Cabot, its successors, assignees, and those who act for or in concert with any of them (including, without limitation, any assignee of any of the Cabot Issued Patents).

More Definitions of Issued Patents

Issued Patents means any and all patents worldwide that have issued as of the Effective Date and their corresponding counterpart applications pending elsewhere in the world and patents issued from such counterpart applications, which as of the Effective Date (a) are owned, controlled or licensed by a Party, and (b) a Party has the right to license without accounting to others, and (c) claim Aerogels, their methods or materials of manufacture and/or uses thereof.

Issued Patents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(a)(i) hereof.

Issued Patents has the meaning provided in the definition of the term “Patent Rights” below.

Issued Patents means all Patents that have been or may hereafter be issued or applied for thereon in the United States and any state thereof (including, without limitation, the patents and patent applications set forth on Schedule 7 annexed hereto, as the same may be amended pursuant hereto from time to time).

Issued Patents has the meaning given to it in Section 2.14(a)(vi).

Issued Patents means all present or, to the extent pertaining to any compound or other technology developed by either Assignor on or prior to October 25, 2004, future letters patent of the United States or any other country or group of countries or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, all reissues and extensions thereof and all divisions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof, including any of the foregoing referred to in ANNEX A.
