Part 3.20(a)(i)(B) of the Seller Parties Disclosure Schedule lists all of the Patents in which the Company has any right, title or interest (including without limitation interest acquired through a license or other right to use) other than those owned by the Company, setting forth in each case the jurisdictions in which the Issued Patents have been issued and Patent Applications have been filed, and the nature of the right, title or interest held by the Company.
Such license will become effective as of the Effective Date and shall continue to be effective until the last to expire of the Cabot Issued Patents.
