Parent Account definition

Parent Account means any bank, brokerage or similar account owned by Parent or any other member of the Parent Group.
Parent Account means any bank, brokerage or similar account owned by Parent or any other member of the Parent Group, including the Parent Accounts listed or described on Schedule XI.
Parent Account means an Account that sweeps funds automatically to a Balance Account based on the Sweep Balance in the Balance Account.

Examples of Parent Account in a sentence

  • Upon request of the Company, Parent shall provide the Company with reasonable evidence with respect to the Parent Account in reasonable details, including without limitation the total balance in the Parent Account, and the Ledger, within two (2) Business Days following such request.

  • Within 15 Business Days after the Escrow Due Date, Parent shall provide the Company with a written notice setting forth the detailed information of the Parent Account and the Ledger.

  • Where applicable (including where we are liable for an incorrectly executed or unexecuted transaction), we shall restore your Parent Account to the state in which it would have been had the relevant transaction not taken place, so that the credit value date shall be no later than the date the amount had been debited.

  • If you do not wish to receive any replacement Rooster Card(s) and wish to close your Parent Account, you may terminate the Agreement free of charge, as set out in clause 2.

  • We will show these exchange rates, and how they are applied to each transaction, in your Parent Account history in the App.


More Definitions of Parent Account

Parent Account means the GoHenry parent e-money account.
