Parent ADSs definition

Parent ADSs means the American Depositary Shares issued pursuant to the Parent Deposit Agreement, each of which represents the right to receive ten Parent Ordinary Shares.

Parent ADSs means the American Depositary Shares, each representing one share of Parent Stock, of Parent.

• Failure of any bidder to receive any such addenda or interpretations shall not relieve said bidder from any obligation under his Bid as submitted.

• No dividends or other distributions declared or made after the Effective Time with respect to the Parent Ordinary Shares with a record date after the Effective Time shall be paid to the holder of any unsurrendered Certificate with respect to the Parent ADSs represented thereby, and no cash payment in lieu of any fractional interest in Parent ADSs shall be paid to any such holder pursuant to Section 2.02(e), until the holder of such Certificate shall surrender such Certificate.

• Any such sale shall be made by the Exchange Agent within five (5) Business Days after the date upon which the Certificate (or affidavit(s) of loss in lieu thereof) that would otherwise result in the issuance of such fractional Parent ADSs has been received by the Exchange Agent.

More Definitions of Parent ADSs

Parent ADSs means the securities representing the interest in the Parent Common Shares deposited with the Parent Common Shares Depositary.

Parent ADSs shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.1(c).
