Parent advisory committee definition

Parent advisory committee means a committee of parents of students with disabilities of a particular intermediate school district appointed by the board of that district under R 340.1838.
Parent advisory committee means a committee established by a school district or county superintendent of schools pursuant to Education Code sections 52063 or 52069.
