Parent Common Stockholders definition

Parent Common Stockholders means the holders of Parent Common Stock;
Parent Common Stockholders means the holders of Parent Common Stock existing immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Parent Common Stockholders means, collectively, as of the date of this Agreement, the holders of Parent Common Stock. “Parent Incentive Plan” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.

  • Merger Sub Common Stock means the shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Merger Sub.
