Parent Guaranty Agreement definition

Parent Guaranty Agreement means the unconditional parent guaranty agreement dated as of April 5, 2019 executed by the Parent Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of itself and the Secured Parties as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Parent Guaranty Agreement means that certain Parent Guaranty, dated the Original Closing Date, executed by Parent and GP in favor of Administrative Agent, on its behalf and on behalf of the Collateral Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.

Parent Guaranty Agreement means the Guaranty Agreement of even date with this Agreement executed by the Company guaranteeing the Indebtedness of the Designated Subsidiaries as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Parent Guaranty Agreement means the Parent Guaranty Agreement made by the Parent in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit E-1.
