Examples of Parent Licensed Intellectual Property in a sentence
Except as would not have, individually or in the aggregate, a Parent Material Adverse Effect, the Parent Intellectual Property and such Parent Licensed Intellectual Property collectively constitute all material Intellectual Property necessary and sufficient for the conduct of the respective business of Parent and the Parent Subsidiaries as currently conducted.
