Parent Option definition

Parent Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock which was granted pursuant to a Parent Option Plan.
Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.
Parent Option means a compensatory option to purchase Parent Ordinary Shares.

Examples of Parent Option in a sentence

  • The exercise price per share of each Parent Option is not less than the fair market value of a share of Parent Common Stock as determined on the date of grant of such Parent Option pursuant to the equity plan pursuant to which such Parent Option was granted.

  • The exercise price per share of each Parent Option as so assumed and converted shall be equal to the exercise price of the Company Option prior to the assumption divided by the Conversion Ratio (rounded up to the nearest whole cent).

Parent Option means any option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued pursuant to the terms of Section 1.6(b) hereof in connection with the assumption of a Company Option.
