Parent Owned IP definition

Parent Owned IP means all Intellectual Property owned by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries in whole or in part.

  • Except as has not been, and would not reasonably be expected to be, individually or in the aggregate, materially adverse to Parent and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, to the Knowledge of Parent, no Person is engaged in any activity that Infringes any Parent Owned IP.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Parent and its Subsidiaries exclusively own all right, title and interest to and in Parent Owned IP created or developed using any funding, facilities or personnel of any Governmental Entity or any university or other educational institution.


More Definitions of Parent Owned IP

Parent Owned IP means all Registered Parent IP and all other material Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by Parent or its Subsidiaries.
