Parent Owned IP definition

Parent Owned IP means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by Parent.
Parent Owned IP means all Intellectual Property owned by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Parent Owned IP means all material Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights that are related to the business of Parent and its Subsidiaries and in which Parent has an ownership interest.

More Definitions of Parent Owned IP

Parent Owned IP means all Registered Parent IP and all other material Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by Parent or its Subsidiaries.
