Company Owned Intellectual Property definition

Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Company, in whole or in part.

Company Owned Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

Company Owned Intellectual Property means the Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents and Trade Secrets owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

• No Group Company has (i) transferred ownership of, or granted any exclusive license with respect to, any material Company Owned Intellectual Property to any other Person or (ii) granted any customer the right to use any material Company Product or service on anything other than a non-exclusive basis.

Company Owned Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is purported to be owned by or exclusively licensed to the Company.
