Company Owned Intellectual Property definition

Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company.
Company Owned Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property that is owned by the Company, including Intellectual Property owned by the Company that is included in the Transferred Assets.
Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property Rights that are owned or purported to be owned by the Group Companies.
