Parent Series A-2 Preferred Stock definition

Parent Series A-2 Preferred Stock means the Series A-2 Preferred Stock of Parent, par value $0.0001 per share.
Parent Series A-2 Preferred Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(b).
