Parent Vessel definition

Parent Vessel means a vessel owned, leased or operated by a Parent or any Parent Subsidiary, including tugs, barges and tankers.
Parent Vessel means, at any time, each Parent Chartered Vessel, each Parent Managed Vessel, and each Parent Owned Vessel.
Parent Vessel means each ship owned or operated by Parent and its Subsidiaries. “Party” and “Parties” have the meanings set forth in the preamble hereto.
