Parent Vessel definition

Parent Vessel means a vessel owned, leased or operated by a Parent or any Parent Subsidiary, including tugs, barges and tankers.
Parent Vessel means, at any time, each Parent Chartered Vessel, each Parent Managed Vessel, and each Parent Owned Vessel.
Parent Vessel means each ship owned or operated by Parent and its Subsidiaries. “Party” and “Parties” have the meanings set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • Each Parent Vessel is operated in compliance with all applicable Maritime Guidelines and Laws, except where such failure to be in compliance would not have a Parent Material Adverse Effect.

  • Each Parent Vessel has all national and international operating and trading certificates, each of which is valid, that are required for the operation of such Parent Vessel in the trades and geographic areas in which it is operated.

  • There is no unsatisfied judgment, penalty or award against Parent, any of Parent's Subsidiaries or any Parent Vessels (including in connection with any pool in which a Parent Vessel is entered).

  • There is no unsatisfied judgment, penalty or award against Parent, any of Parent’s Subsidiaries or any Parent Vessels (including in connection with any pool in which a Parent Vessel is entered).

  • This Warrant shall be exercisable for the Initial Units, plus the Additional Units, if any (collectively, and as may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Warrant, the “Units”).

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Mortgaged Vessel means, at any relevant time, any Vessel which is at such time subject to a Mortgage and a Vessel shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be regarded as a Mortgaged Vessel as from the date on which the Mortgage of that Vessel has been executed and registered in accordance with this Agreement until whichever shall be the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the amount required to be paid to the Agent pursuant to clause 4.3 or 4.5 following the Total Loss or sale respectively of such Vessel and (ii) the end of the Facility Period;

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.

  • Cargo vessel means a self-propelled ship in commerce, other than a tank vessel or a passenger vessel, three hundred or more gross tons, including but not limited to, commercial fish processing vessels and freighters.
