Parks Act definition

Parks Act means the Parks and Wild Life Act [Chapter 20:14];
Parks Act means the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975.

  • The MDDEP and the KRG undertake to sign an agreement (hereinafter Kuururjuaq Agreement), conferring on the KRG, pursuant to section 6 of the Parks Act, the power to do development, capital and maintenance work in the Parc national Kuururjuaq which are likely to maintain or improve the quality of the park and the power to do such works outside of the park if they are needed for its operation, and, in this last case, subject to the applicable legal provisions.
