Parks and Open Space Plan definition

Parks and Open Space Plan is defined in the DDA.
Parks and Open Space Plan means the Parks and Open Space Plan attached as an Exhibit to the DDA.
Parks and Open Space Plan means the plan attached hereto as Exhibit GG, assuch plan may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of this DDA.

Examples of Parks and Open Space Plan in a sentence

  • Developer shall construct a variety of passive and active public open spaces in accordance with the Parks and Open Space Plan and the applicable Major Phase Approvals and Sub-Phase Approvals and at the times required by the Schedule of Performance.

  • As set forth in the Parks and Open Space Plan and as more particularly set forth in the applicable Major Phase Approval or Sub- Phase Approval, certain portions of the park land shall be dedicated for park maintenance facilities.

  • If upon Completion of the Northern Wilds, as identified in the Parks and Open Space Plan, a balance remains in the Maintenance Account Balance, Developer, upon Authority’s written request, shall pay Authority an amount equal to the remaining balance of the Maintenance Account Balance.

  • Developer shall make available, reserve or dedicate, as required, land or facilities as provided in the Parks and Open Space Plan, Community Facilities Obligations and the Housing Plan to support the construction, operations and services on the Project Site in accordance with the terms of the DDA.

  • Subject to the conditions in Project Grant documents and applicable law, Authority will use Project Grants it procures in the following order of priority: (i) first, to finance Project Costs that are not Qualified Project Costs; (ii) second, to finance the Qualified Project Costs incurred in connection with the Parks and Open Space Plan; (iii) third, to finance the costs of purchasing ferry boats for use on the Project Site; and (iv) fourth, to finance any other Qualified Project Costs.

  • The redeveloped Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Site is anticipated to include a centrally located park that may include community gardens, sports facilities, picnic areas and other recreational amenities, as more specifically described in the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx DDA, the Development Plan, the BVHP Redevelopment Plan, the Candlestick Design for Development and the Parks and Open Space Plan.

  • Developer shall pay to the Authority a subsidy for the costs of operating and maintaining Improvements constructed pursuant to the Parks and Open Space Plan in accordance with Section 2.7 of the Financing Plan.

  • Schematic Design Documents, if not previously Approved by the Agency, for the Open Space Lots within the Sub-Phase, consistent with this DRDAP, the Phasing Plan, Infrastructure Plan, and Parks and Open Space Plan shall be submitted at the time of the corresponding Sub-Phase Application.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • public open space means the securing of an area of a site at grade or street level which is acceptable to the City and is appropriately landscaped for the use and enjoyment of the public during reasonable hours.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Space Plan herein means, to the extent required by the nature of the Work, detailed plans (including any so-called “pricing plans”), including a fully dimensioned floor plan and drawn to scale, showing: (i) demising walls, interior walls and other partitions, including type of wall or partition and height, and any demolition or relocation of walls, and details of space occupancy and density, (ii) doors and other openings in such walls or partitions, including type of door and hardware, (iii) electrical and computer outlets, circuits and anticipated usage therefor, (iv) any special purpose rooms, any sinks or other plumbing facilities, heavy items, and any other special electrical, HVAC or other facilities or requirements, including all special loading and related calculations, (v) any space planning considerations to comply with fire or other codes or other governmental or legal requirements, (vi) finish selections, and (vii) any other details or features requested by Architect, Engineer or Landlord, or otherwise required, in order for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for Landlord to approve the Work, and for Tenant to contract and obtain permits for the Work, or for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for preparing Construction Drawings.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.
