  • Si una Parte está obligada a retener o deducir Impuestos de un pago que deba efectuar, entonces esa Parte ("Parte Pagadora") notificará inmediatamente a la otra Parte ("Parte Receptora") dicha obligación y pagará a las autoridades competentes todas las cantidades a retener o deducir por ella.
