Medically incapacitated means a person who is incapacitated as a result of prescribed sedatives, anesthesia, or other medication.
Mentally ill means having a mental illness.
Mentally incapacitated means that a person is rendered temporarily incapable of appraising or controlling his or her conduct whether this condition is produced by illness, defect, the influence of a substance or from some other cause. S.C. Code Ann. § 16-3-651(f).
Physically incapacitated means that a person has a bodily impairment or handicap that substantially limits the person’s ability to resist or flee.
Permanently and totally disabled means the inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve months as established by a certificate from a licensed physician.

Inaccessible means an Insured cannot reach his/her Destination by the original mode of transportation.

Totally Disabled means that because of an injury or illness:
Partial Dependant means a "dependant" as prescribed in paragraph (a) of this subclause who receives a location allowance which is less than the location allowance prescribed in subclause (1) of this clause or who, if in receipt of a salary or wage package, receives less than a full consideration for which the location allowance is payable pursuant to the provisions of this clause.
Developmentally disabled person means a person who has a disability defined in RCW 71A.10.020. RCW 26.44.020

Untenantable means that Tenant shall be unable to occupy and shall not be occupying the Premises or the applicable portion thereof for the conduct of business ordinarily conducted in the Premises as a result of the Casualty.

Lawfully admitted for permanent residence means the status of having been lawfully accorded the privilege of residing permanently in the United States as an immigrant in accordance with the immigration laws, such status not having changed.

Premises Partial Damage means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is less than fifty percent (50%) of the then Replacement Cost (as defined in Paragraph 9.1(d)) of the Premises (excluding Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures) immediately prior to such damage or destruction.
Terminally ill means having an illness or sickness that can reasonably be expected to result in death in twenty-four months or less.
Reconstructive breast surgery means surgery performed as a result of a mastectomy to reestablish symmetry between the two breasts and includes augmentation mammoplasty, reductive mammoplasty, and mastopexy.

Materially Damaged means damage which, in Seller’s reasonable estimation, exceeds $500,000.00 to repair or which, in Seller’s reasonable estimation, will take longer than ninety (90) days to repair.
