Participating Cities definition

Participating Cities the CITY OF BERKELEY (“Berkeley”), the CITY OF EMERYVILLE (“Emeryville”), the CITY OF OAKLAND (“Oakland”), the CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation (“San Francisco”) acting by and through the SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL TRANSPORTATION AGENCY (“SFMTA”), and the CITY OF SAN ▇▇▇▇ (“San ▇▇▇▇”) (each of MTC and Operator and each of the Participating Cities is referred to herein as a “party” and collectively as the “parties”).
Participating Cities mean the Borrower’s cities selected according to the eligibility criteria set forth in the Operational Manual for the carrying out of Part B.1 of the Project;
Participating Cities means those cities of the Recipient participating in the Project and listed in the Attachment-1 to the Grant Agreement, as such list may be amended from time to time with the prior concurrence of the World Bank; and “Participating City” means any one of such Participating Cities.

Examples of Participating Cities in a sentence

  • Opioid Funds shall be allocated within each Allocation Region by taking the allocation for a Participating County from Exhibit B and apportioning those funds between that Participating County and its Participating Cities and Towns.

  • Exhibit B also sets forth the allocation to the Participating Counties and the Participating Cities or Towns within the Counties based on a default allocation formula.

  • The County certifies that in its good faith judgment the contract or other agreement for the delivery of such waste will not materially and adversely affect the ability of the County to receive and dispose of Acceptable Waste from the Participating Cities in accordance with the applicable Disposal Agreements throughout the Term thereof.

  • It is expressly understood and agreed that, in the execution of this Agreement, none of the Participating Cities waives, nor shall be hereby deemed to waive, any immunity or defense that would otherwise be available to it against claims arising in the exercise of governmental powers and functions, and that the services described in this Agreement are a governmental function.

  • Payments of such amounts to the County General Fund and the Participating Cities shall be made by the County within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year.


More Definitions of Participating Cities

Participating Cities means, collectively, all these cities.
Participating Cities means jointly up to fourteen cities of the Borrower competitively selected by IAWG for participation in the Project and include ten Selected Cities (as defined hereinafter) and up to four reserve cities which can be converted into the Selected Cities by a decision of IAWG if needed. “Participating City” means any of these cities.
Participating Cities means the Cities of Ryazan, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Petrozavodsk, Volkhov, Cherepovets, Orenburg;
Participating Cities means the Cities of Barnaul, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Tver, and any other city which may from time to time have been selected by the Borrower for participation in the Program pursuant to Section I of Schedule 6 to this Agreement, which shall have adopted a satisfactory Regulatory Action Plan in conformity with the requirements of sub-paragraph 2 (a) of Section I of Schedule 6 to this Agreement, and from which the Borrower shall have received an application and Declaration of Commitment in conformity with the requirements set forth or referred to in sub-paragraphs 2 (b) and (c) of Section I of Schedule 6 to this Agreement;
Participating Cities means the city of Donetsk, and the towns of Yenakievo and Sznezhnoye;
Participating Cities means the cities that will participate in the Project, namely Kota Medan, Kota Yogyakarta, Kabupaten Sleman and Kabupaten Bantul;
Participating Cities means those cities of the Recipient participating in the Project and listed in the Annex to Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such list may be amended from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Association; and “Participating City” means any one of such Participating Cities.
