The Operational Manual. (a) Without limitation upon the provisions related to Project implementation set forth in Section 4.01 of the General Conditions, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with a manual (the Operational Manual), in a form and substance satisfactory to the Association, said manual to include, inter alia: (i) the institutional plan of MINAG for the implementation of the Project (including, inter alia, allocation of responsibilities among staff, yearly planning of activities and budget and time allocation for those activities); (ii) financial management, accounting and procurement procedures annexes (including sections pertaining to the administration of Agriculture Sub-projects); (iii) detailed arrangements for the overall carrying out of the Project (including, inter alia, the environmental, resettlement and social guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Recipient, and the Agriculture Sub-project Beneficiaries during Project implementation); (iv) the guidelines for the preparation of the Annual Action Plans; (v) internal control systems to be followed by the PCU during Project implementation; (vi) the criteria and procedures for: (A) the selection of Agriculture Sub-project Beneficiaries; (B) the preparation, application, review, approval, administration, and implementation of Agriculture Sub-projects (including, inter alia, a suggested list of possible activities to be carried out under Agricultural Sub-projects and a negative list of activities that cannot be carried out under Agriculture Sub-projects); (C) the procurement and contracting procedures applicable to consultant’s services, goods and works to be procured under Agriculture Sub-projects; and (D) Training and technical assistance, environmental assessments, resettlement assessments, social assessments, and corresponding mitigation measures; (vii) the detailed procedures for the implementation of the ESMF, Environmental Management Plans, the RPF, Resettlement Action Plans, and Small Dam Guidelines in connection with the carrying out of the Project; (viii) the Project performance outcome indicators; (ix) the guidelines for Project management, administrative and financial matters; and (x) the Model Forms. (b) Except as the Recipient and the Association may otherwise agree in writing, the Recipient shall not abrogate, amend, suspend, waive or otherwise fail to enforce the Operational Manual or any provision thereof. (b) Except as the Recipient and the Association may otherwise agree in writing, the Recipient shall not abrogate, amend, suspend, waive or otherwise fail to enforce the Operational Manual or any provision thereof. (c) In case of any conflict between the terms of the Operational Manual and those of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with a manual (the Operational Manual), acceptable to the Association, said manual to include, inter alia: (a) An institutional implementation plan of MEC and MCT for the management of the Project (including, inter alia, allocation of responsibilities among staff, yearly planning of activities and budget and time allocation for those activities); (b) procurement manuals to be followed by the Recipient, MEC and MCT during Project implementation; (c) a manual for the administration and provision of grants, loans, and scholarships under Parts B and C of the Project; (d) financial management manuals to be followed by the Recipient, MEC and MCT during Project implementation; (e) the procurement procedures to be followed by MEC and MCT in the administration and provision of grants, loans and scholarships under Parts B and C of the Project; (f) The criteria and procedures for: (i) the selection of Eligible Higher Education Institutions, and Eligible Research Entities, respectively, to receive grants and loans under Part B of the Project; (ii) the selection of Eligible Undergraduate Students, Eligible Faculty, and Eligible Postgraduate Students to receive scholarships under Part C of the Project; the review and approval of Private Higher Education Institution Loans, Public Higher Education Institution Grants, Higher Education Institution and Research Entity Grants, Postgraduate Student Research Grants, Undergraduate Equity and Competitiveness Scholarships, and Postgraduate Equity and Competitiveness Scholarships; Training; technical assistance; and the implementation of the ESMF in connection with the carrying out of the Project and corresponding Environmental Management Plans (including environmental assessments, social assessments, and consequent mitigation measures); (g) internal control systems to be followed by MEC and MCT during Project implementation; (h) the guidelines for Project monitoring and evaluation; and
The Operational Manual. At all times during the execution of the Project, VPPTA shall maintain a qualified team responsible for the implementation of the Project, with functions, responsibilities and qualifications satisfactory to the Association, including the following responsibilities:

(b) The Recipient carry out the Project in accordance with the Operational Manual. (c) Except as the Recipient and the Association may otherwise agree in writing, the Recipient shall not abrogate, amend, suspend, waive or otherwise fail to enforce the Operational Manual or any provision thereof. (d) In case of any conflict between the terms of the Operational Manual and those of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
The Operational Manual. In case of any inconsistency between any provision of the Operational Manual and this Agreement, the provision of this Agreement will prevail.

  • Project Manual A bound manual prepared by the Design Professional. It includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, the Specifications, the General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”). (ii) The Contractor shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority’s Engineer its Quality Assurance Plan which shall include the following: (a) organisation, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and documentation; (b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, test frequencies, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications for Road and Bridge Works issued by MORTH, relevant IRC specifications and Good Industry Practice; and (c) internal quality audit system. The Authority’s Engineer shall convey its approval to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2. (iii) The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan. (iv) The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Operations Manual The Franchisor agrees to loan to the Franchisee one or more manuals, technical bulletins, cookbooks and recipes and other written materials (collectively referred to as “Operations Manual”) covering Factory Candy ordering, Store Candy manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques for the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store. The Franchisee agrees that it shall comply with the Operations Manual as an essential aspect of its obligations under this Agreement, that the Operations Manual shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and failure by the Franchisee to substantially comply with the Operations Manual may be considered by the Franchisor to be a breach of this Agreement.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic County PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than twenty-four (24) hours.
