Participating community college definition

Participating community college means a community college selected, as described in subsection (2) of this section, to participate in the pilot program.

Participating community college means a community college that is a reporting unit of the retirement system and that reports employees to the Michigan public school employees’ retirement system for the applicable fiscal year.

Examples of Participating community college in a sentence

  • Participating community college districts shall identify an EAP coordinator and shall coordinate with CSU campuses and schools offering instruction in kindergarten and any of grades 1 to 12, inclusive, in their respective district boundaries on EAP-related activities that assist pupils in making decisions that increase their college readiness skills and likelihood of pursuing a postsecondary education.

  • Participating county means a county that has been authorized by the county governing body to enter into a contract with another local unit pursuant to section 4.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
