Participating Educational Agency definition

Participating Educational Agency means a school district within New York State that purchases certain shared instructional technology services and software through a Cooperative Educational Services Agreement with a BOCES, and as a result is licensed to use Vendor’s Product pursuant to the terms of the MLSA. For purposes of this Exhibit, the term also includes Erie 1 BOCES or another BOCES that is licensed to use Vendor’s Product pursuant to the MLSA to support its own educational programs or operations.
