Participating Hotel definition

Participating Hotel means a single hotel or other lodging facility, chain of hotels or lodging facility, or entity representing a group of hotels or lodging facilities, that is a party to an agreement with WORLDSPAN for participation in the WORLDSPAN System and which pays WORLDSPAN a fee.

Participating Hotel shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Agreement; “Incident response and recovery services” means the collection of actions aimed at identifying, investigating and responding to security incidents in a way that minimizes impact and supports rapid recovery, consisting of the following stages: identification, containment and intelligence, eradication, recovery and lessons learned;

Participating Hotel means any of Client’s or Client’s Affiliate(s) (i) hotels, casinos, casino hotels, resorts, inns, motels, apartment houses, extended residences, timeshares, fractionals, condominium hotels, branded residentials, vacation ownership, transient rooms, service suites, cruise ships, tour boats, steam boats, or other similar establishment, and (ii) any other manner of transient occupancy, which has signed the relevant Order Document OR any (iii) hotels, casinos, casino hotels, resorts, inns, motels, apartment houses, extended residences, timeshares, fractionals, condominium hotels, branded residentials, vacation ownership, transient rooms, service suites, cruise ships, tour boats, steam boats, or other similar establishment, and (iv) any other manner of transient occupancy, which are owned, franchised, managed or operated by Client or its Affiliates and are has signed the relevant Order Document. “Payment Card Data” includes full PAN and any of the following: cardholder name, expiry date, service code, sensitive authentication data (e.g. EMV Chip Data, CVV/CVC Encrypted PIN block);

  • Each Processor and Controller enters into this DPA on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws, if and to the extent Shiji processes Personal Data for which such Clients’ Affiliates (including the Participating Hotel) qualify as the Controller.

Related to Participating Hotel

  • Participating Hospital means an Administrator Hospital that has an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Hospital services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program.

  • Non-Participating Hospital means an Administrator Hospital that does not meet the definition of a Participating Hospital.

  • Participating provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
