  • Compliance with Identity Theft Laws and Payment Card Data Security Standards CONTRACTOR shall comply with all identity theft laws including without limitation, laws related to: (1) payment devices; (2) credit and debit card fraud; and (3) the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”), including its requirement relating to the content of transaction receipts provided to Customers.

Related to Payment Card Data

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;
